Was fed up with previous agent and asked a friend I knew, who was with Prime.

No other agent, I knew who I wanted from the outset.
What influenced you to choose your agent?
We rent through Prime Properties and have been satisfied with the property management service and also a family member recommended Prime.
How do you think your property was marketed?
Obviously very well as we had a buyer in less than two weeks. I appreciated the printout of the proposed marketing program.
We are always looking to improve. Is there anything that we should look at?
No, I think you know exactly what you are doing.
How would you describe the length of time it took to sell your property? (taking in current market conditions)
Even though the property was in the low price range, I was still very happy with the time it took to sell. I expected to have to advertise more and wait longer.
